Winky White aka Wink gained an interest in rapping when he was 15 years old.He spent his whole life in some kind of hood somewhere in the usa.He has no knowledge of who his real father actually is so he moved around from state to state alot with his mother up until the age of 8 when his mother married his stepfather.His mother being white and his stepfather being black gave him a diffrent look on things than most families.He was able to see the best and the worst aspects of both ethnicities.Born and raised in georgia he grew with a mentality that ever georgia boy has "**** you imma do me".Often in trouble with the police as a juvenile it was no surprise he landed himself in jail when he became of age at 17.The young artist didnt develope a strong taste for muzik until after he had been released from jail.The artist was involved in certain activities that should have kept in jail for 20 some years;drugs,guns,assault,burglary,etc:.But this didnt stop wink from what he was doing.As a last resort at the age of 18 with charges still pending wink joined the army reserves as a means of escape.Later after he had joined the charges were dropped due to lack of evidence.He created his first album "True Story:TrakkBoyz" at 19 with a local producer called Don P. In the same year he also started his own label called SouthernHustlerProductionz and created to more solo albums titled "Born and Raised in GA" followed by "Jus Tha Begginning" in 2007.The artist is currently working on an album titled "Dey Call Mey Wink" to be released in spring 2009.
